This is an old site, not maintained anymore by the author, but it still has value on a few pages. The graduate degrees are listed by price. The prices have gone up, but relative to each other, so the low end is still the low end. Once you have secured your undergraduate degree through the processes here, get a graduate degree, no one will care how you achieved your undergraduate degree, they will only ask for graduate transcripts (in 99% of cases). 

Most programs allow you to transfer in nine credits. So, if the program you want is a bit higher than others, find nine credits to take (or test at TESU) at a low cost. Liberty University, FHSU and CSU are all very reasonable for graduate credit and easy to transfer anywhere.
