I'll be tackling the portfolio process in a future post and how to create, compile and submit one. It is an easy way to get credit recognized for competencies and knowledge you acquired in other ways. Programs like those at FEMA or Harvard* can add to your knowledge, help you study for an exam for credit or just add to a portfolio of knowledge.
